The French member firm of BDO was born from the merger, at the end of 2007, of the firms ABPR, Léger & Associés and PGA. In 2011, BDO France also merged with FIDEA and in early 2012 with SOVEC. BDO France is a member of BDO Global, the world's 5th largest audit and advisory network with a presence in 164 countries.

Our multidisciplinary teams always aim to create value through pragmatic, responsive approaches based on a proximity and trust relationship.

THE GOVERNANCE

Arnaud NAUDAN is the BDO France’s Chairman of the Board.

BDO is organised around an Executive Board chaired by Arnaud NAUDAN and an executive team composed of Fabrice BRANGEON, Grégoire BISSON, Louis-Marie CHIRON and Jean-François NOEL; A Governance Board is chaired by Rolland NINO.
