Guillaume advises corporate companies across all sectors of activity. He has a decisive expertise in build-ups, such as sector consolidation, both nationally and internationally.
He also advises private equity funds on venture, as well as growth deals. As a member of France Invest, he is deeply involved in the French private equity community.
International
Guillaume takes an active role in the international BDO Corporate Finance community for the Transaction Services practice. Each year, he realizes numerous cross-border transactions involving foreign third-parties, whether they are acquirers, targets, or investors.
Experiences
Guillaume joined BDO France in 2010. He participated in numerous statutory audits and financial advisory projects before joining BDO Corporate Finance in 2014. Guillaume previously worked in the finance departments of Thales and Pfizer.
